Almost from the beginning of the development of wind energy in Poland, we have been providing full legal services for the implementation of investments in wind and photovoltaic energy, taking into account their characteristics and issues. Due to the fact that these are long-term projects, we support our Clients throughout the entire process in order to enable them to carry out their investment intentions in the RES sector.
What we help with?
- we provide legal services at the stage of development preparation of an investment, starting with obtaining title to a real property through administrative proceedings in the scope of issuing environmental decisions, adopting municipality spatial development studies, adopting local spatial development plans, obtaining decisions on development conditions and location decisions, as well as building permits,
- we support entities in obtaining conditions for connection to the Polish power grid and actively participate in drafting and negotiating connection agreements,
- we participate in consultation meetings with the residents of communes where investment projects are planned,
- we provide legal services for transactions in the renewable energy sector, including due diligence of major assets.
